Our Facilities

3-storey house of 380 m2 and 10.000 m2 of fenced land, with capacity for 10 people. Pets are welcome.

On the ground floor of the house, we have an entrance hall, dining room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen and living room and 2 fireplaces, one of them in the kitchen, suitable for cooking in winter.

On the first floor we find our 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

- BEDROOM LOS ARCOS
Bedroom with double bed with en-suite bathroom, fireplace, chest of drawers and coat rack, balcony, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

- PAI PAIS ROOM
Room with 2 single beds separated or together. With chest of drawers and ceiling fan.

- AFRICA ROOM
Room with 2 single beds separated or together. With wardrobe and ceiling fan.

- PETER PAN ROOM
Room with 2 bunk beds, cot, wardrobes, balcony and ceiling fan.

- ATTIC

In the attic we have a large open living room with a library with hundreds of titles, a minibar, a desk with printer, a smart TV 55" so you can connect to your platforms, an area for board games, dice and cards, and a relaxation area.

Without a doubt the best of the penthouse is our terrace, with fantastic views and sunsets that remind us of Africa, especially in summer, with Trujillo and the Gredos mountains as companions.
